Ernesto Cavour founds a charango museum

The collection later expanded into the Museo de Instrumentos Musicales de Bolivia, strengthening the charango’s status as a serious concert and teaching instrument. This kind of institution-building became a foundation for later Quechua–Aymara musical revival work.
